LSS power converter water cooling device

Water water cooling device is the main equipment of the cooling system of water-cooled power electronic equipment. During operation, the device stably outputs pure water (deionized water) of constant temperature, constant pressure and quantity to control the load main engine to work within the given temperature range, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of corrosion, scaling and even blocking of cooling water. Water water cooling mode has better cooling performance, but it needs to provide industrial cooling water with rated pressure, flow and water quality. For users without centralized pipe network of industrial cooling water, another set of circulating water equipment outside the FRP cooling tower is required.

Water quality: ≥ 5 μ s / cm (common level: applicable to the working voltage of the main engine is not more than 630V), ≥ 1 μ s / cm (high purity level: applicable to the working pressure of the main engine is 630-1250v);

Water pressure: adjustable according to the requirements of rectifier unit

Water temperature: ≤ 35-38 ℃ (temperature difference between main and auxiliary water medium Δ t ≤ 10 ℃).

Cooling medium side

Water quality: suspended matter ≤ 20mg / L (no visible turbidity);

PH: 6-9

Hardness: ≤ 12 ° (German degree) (water water)

Inlet water pressure: 0.08mpa + external pipeline resistance;

Water inlet temperature: 5-30 ℃

Water discharge: the same as the main water flow;

(2) Workflow principle

The product consists of heat exchanger, ion exchanger pump set, high expansion water tank, pipeline and electrical control components. The water water heat exchanger adopts the corrugated plate type. Its heat exchange principle is to transfer the heat of pure water carrying heat flowing from the rectifier to the outside of the water output machine in the way of wall heat transfer. After cooling, the pure water returns to the rectifier water channel after pressurization, and forms a closed cycle cooling circuit. The ion exchanger uses mixed bed to produce pure water to maintain the main circuit at the rated water quality. The pump set is composed of two stainless steel water pumps which are mutually working and standby, and is the power source of the main circuit. The high-level expansion water tank is higher than the load host according to the discharge position, with the function of automatic gas collection and exhaust. The main circuit pipeline is connected with the cooling water channel of the load main engine through the external connecting pipe to form a closed circulation circuit. All containers and main water pipes in the machine are made of stainless steel.

The electrical control part is equipped with automatic power switching, numerical indication of water temperature, water pressure, water quality, flow, liquid level and corresponding acoustic and optical alarm system, and remote control alarm output terminal and integrated automation interface are reserved.

The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, stable and reliable operation, high heat exchange efficiency, good water quality stability, automatic switching of pump sets and valves, low noise, no leakage, excellent loop air intake and automatic exhaust functions, perfect and reliable electrical control, numerical display, sound and light indication, alarm and other functions.
