1.1 stacker: the rated load of stacker is 1500kg, and the main structure of stacker adopts the form of double column, double fork and three fork.
1.2 storage rack: beam type industrial storage rack, with assembly structure, mainly composed of column, beam, pull rod and other standard parts,.
1.3 inbound and outbound conveying system: inbound and outbound conveying lines are set at the end of shelf lane, and each inbound and outbound conveying line is equipped with cargo size limit device.

1.5 electric control system: the electric control system includes the control system of stacker, the control system of delivery line, the transfer device system of stacker, the interface of related control system and the interface system of upper computer.
1.6 warehouse management system: the computer management and control system itself constitutes a local area network, and is connected with sensors, actuators, etc. through RS485 communication protocol, forming a PROFIBUS distributed control network system, which transmits information with the public network switch between the internal network of the enterprise. The operating system adopts windows operating system, and the server adopts large relational database system (SQL) to build a typical client / server (C / s) system, which can be networked or integrated with other systems (such as ERP system).
